William Donovan Levis is an American football quarterback for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He played college football at Penn State and Kentucky before being selected by the Titans in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

The Tennessee Titans drafted Kentucky quarterback Will Levis with the 33rd overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Levis had an unexpected freefall and fell all the way out of the first round. On the plus side, he ended up being taken with the second pick of the second round and landed with the Tennessee Titans. Levis is truly a wild card as a "tough guy" quarterback who has some questionable decision making attributes but also a physical profile coaches would drool over. He'll likely learn behind Ryan Tannehill as long as the Titans stay in contention. When they fall behind, look for Levis to get his chance.

Multiple teams reportedly have interest in Kentucky quarterback Will Levis as the draft heads to round two.
The Pittsburgh Steelers own the first pick of the second round and multiple teams are reportedly attempting to move up to that spot, including the Raiders, Titans and Falcons. Levis experienced a surprising draft freefall in round one that ended with him still sitting in the couch in the green room. With the Texans, Colts and Panthers going a different direction, it seems the rest of the NFL was simply not high enough on Levis to spend first round draft capital. While there is some risk involved with him and likely some unanswered questions about his leadership ability, it's hard to see him lasting too much longer on the draft board. Levis has quickly turned into a second round superflex pick at best.

Kentucky quarterback Will Levis was not drafted in round one of the 2023 NFL Draft.
Yikes. Levis was rumored to be a target of Houston at #2 and Indianapolis at #4 but they opted for CJ Stroud and Anthony Richardson, respectively. Levis is this year's big draft loser and will certainly hear his name called on day two. Without the fifth-year option with a new team and the fact he fell this far, it's fair to wonder just where Levis is going to be taken in rookie drafts. His story is yet to be told but this was a pretty significant surprise on draft night.

In just the past 24 hours, we've now heard there's growing potential that Levis could be the first-overall selection. We've also now heard the Colts immediately "fell" for Levis during his interviews at the Combine and his workouts while, at the same time, we're hearing there's concern about his personality. The draft smokescreens are as thick as ever on the eve of the draft and we won't have to wait long for answers as Levis, DLF's rookie QB4, should be off the board within the first seven selections.

Will Levis is now the favorite to be the second-overall selection in next week's NFL Draft
It's hard to fathom but not out of the realm of possibility given how close all three quarterbacks, four if you count Anthony Richardson, are to each other in talent and upside. Whether this is a cleverly devised smokescreen by the Texans, in that reports have surfaced that the Colts prefer Levis, remains to be seen, but as the draft nears, intrigue remains high. Regardless of the order, the four top quarterbacks look like they could all be off the board by the seventh-overall selection held by the Raiders. Will Levis is found as DLF's QB4.

There's a "bit of buzz leaguewide" that the Colts may be interested in Will Levis with their fourth-overall selection.
Tis the season of buzz and smokescreens. That said, there's little doubt the Colts will be prioritizing selection of a rookie signal caller during the 2023 NFL Draft though mock drafts have been sending the freakishly athletic Anthony Richardson to Indy more often than not. With good size, a live arm and leadership quality, Levis has prototypical size the Colts could covet though he'll need work in areas of decision making and route progression at the next level. The top four quarterbacks are almost certain to be off the board by the 7th-overall selection (Las Vegas) so the only question remaining is which team each one will play for as a rookie. Will Levis is throwing well at the NFL Combine
Levis is putting on a throwing clinic during the Combine. A rocked-up Levis has a "hose" and is driving balls on a rope to receivers at all levels, including in-breaking and out-breaking routes. There's a very discernable difference between Levis' arm and most others and NFL personnel are going to be intrigued by his prototypical size and arm strength. Levis has fallen to DLF's rookie QB4.

Will Levis measured in at 6'4" and 229 lbs. with 10 5/8" hands
Levis checks all the boxes with physical size and his measured hands are a nice bonus. His draft stock will rely much more on a combination of his medical history and suspect accuracy though some NFL pundits still have him atop the 2023 rookie quarterback rankings. He's certain to remain a top-10 selection during the NFL Draft and he's found as DLF's rookie QB4.

In Todd McShay's first mock draft following the Super Bowl, the Raiders select Will Levis at 1.07.
The Raiders weren't able to move veteran Derek Carr before having to release him, leaving a gaping hole with a variety of options to fill it. Levis possesses comps all the way from Josh Allen to Drew Lock, with some camps still believing he's the top quarterback prospect in this draft. Levis has a rocket arm, enough mobility to slide and escape pressure but also displays inaccuracy on occasion. Still, his experience in a more pro-style offense should be enough to keep him highly valued and a selection by Las Vegas makes sense. Levis is found as DLF's QB3 and the R8 overall in superflex formats.
