Rookie receiver Michael Wilson was a standout for the Cardinals during spring practices

Wilson was trending higher before the 2023 NFL Draft and heard his name called in the third round by the receiver-needy team. The rookie reportedly impressed with his route-running and was quick to take advantage of DeAndre Hopkins' absence. It's unclear at this juncture what role Wilson could have, but with the Cardinals an early favorite to be the worst team in the league, there's every possibility the rookie sees significant snaps in his first year. Michael Wilson is listed as DLF's WR95.

The Arizona Cardinals drafted Stanford wide receiver Michael Wilson in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Now here's a fun pick. Wilson's college career was utterly destroyed by injuries but his athleticism is impressive. The Cardinals saw enough of him to take him in the third round and that represents a pretty solid landing spot for him. He has just 14 games under his belt and few people have seen much of him, but his talent is in the upper crust and that makes him worth a look in the third or fourth round of rookie drafts.
